- You must have a valid Temple ID, Temple e-mail account Diamond Dollars to participate.
- The only way to request equipment is online.
- Each piece of equipment is listed online with make, model, picture and price.
- You are limited to one order per semester. Each order is limited to one item from each of the catagories.
- You will receive an email receipt when your order is submitted.
- You will be contacted to make an appointment when your order is ready for pick up.

- You must use a valid TU department budget code to
complete an online request. Equipment is for department usage
only, this is NOT for personal use.
- The only way to request equipment is online. You will
get an email receipt with a successful request.
- A budget head must sign the last page of the online
request for it to be fulfilled. Each piece of equipment has a nominal fee,
collected via an internal JET (7434) after delivery of equipment.
- Equipment is usually delivered within 7-10 business days
of receiving a completed request.
